A: When your present web hosting provider can no longer fulfill the demands of your website, or when you experience constant network downtime, or if you have to wait for hours for the support staff to get back to you, it may be smart to switch your hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your web sites along with your databases from your present provider to your new provider. At beReveal, we realize that this can be hard and time–consuming. That is why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our highly proficient technical staff representatives will migrate your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have plenty of experience migrating websites and can take care of anything – from a traditional WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™–based website, to a highly complex, custom–made web application.

A: We try to implement all website migrations as quickly as possible. However, we don’t have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various factors that you have to take into account – the actual size of your site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We constantly try to implement each migration within 48 hours. With smaller sites, our staff typically manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: We will need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Client privacy is truly one of our greatest responsibilities – this is why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative operations to secure the data that we acquire on the Internet. And we’ve also got a very detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information that we collect.

A: While we migrate your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. Once the transfer is completed, we’ll make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not jeopardized before notifying you that the migration is finished. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to change the DNS records.

A: While we move your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
