Full Root-level Access in VPS Servers
When you order a VPS servers from us, you will have full root-level access in 3 cases - if the server comes with no website hosting Control Panel at all, or in case you select cPanel or DirectAdmin during the order process. The root access makes our virtual server packages a great choice when you wish to run any software that you cannot install in a standard shared hosting account. With the last Control Panel option - Hepsia, you'll be able to connect through SSH and to manage the content on the server, however, the root access privileges will be more limited.
Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Servers
When you select the cPanel or the DirectAdmin website hosting Control Panel, you will have full root access to your new dedicated server, regardless of which of our plans you'll pick throughout the registration process. Exactly the same is valid when you decide not to install a Control Panel at all. All our servers will give you the possibility to run both really resource-demanding applications which are too heavy for a regular shared web hosting account and apps which have specific requirements as to what the software environment on your web hosting server needs to be. The latter is something that cannot be achieved on a shared machine, because no server-side software can be installed on it. The difference between the aforementioned choices is that without having a Control Panel, server management can be done only from a console, whereas if you obtain cPanel or DirectAdmin, most system settings along with your website content can be controlled through a graphical interface. If you choose Hepsia, which is the last Control Panel option on the order page, you will receive a server with limited root access.
